minutesIngredients
1.5-2 tbsp of gochujang
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1.5-2 tbsp of honey (this depends on your preference and how strong your gochujang is)
1 tbsp of sesame oil
3-4 cloves of minced garlic (go crazy)
1 tbsp of vinegar (if you have rice vinegar use that I don’t so :P)
I don’t salt this because it’s already overloaded with salt but pls taste and season as per your preference
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200c
- Spread the marinade on both sides of your salmon and bake on the second rack closest to the heat
- When it’s 80% cooked, remove it, baste both sides with the marinade for a second time, and put it back at a higher heat like 250c for a few mins. It should be charred and perfectly cooked.
- My cut was small so it cooked super fast, it was 5 minutes first and then 2-3 minutes for the last bake.

Notes
- This marinade works for 4 thin fillets of salmon. You can increase the quantities according to the amount of Salmon you have and the size of it
- Since the cooking is on high heat, do check the salmon every 2-3 minutes to ensure its not over cooking
