Ingredients
4 Nori Sheets
1 cup quinoa – cooked as per package instructions
1 sliced avocado
Veggies of your choice. I used – 1 julienned cucumber, 1/2 sliced yellow bell pepper
Protein of your choice. I used – 200g of boiled prawns
Kewpie Mayo
Sriracha
Furikake (optional)
Directions
- Prep
- Cook the quinoa as per package instructions and let it cool and dry completely
- Prep your veggies and cut as julienne
- If you’re using prawns you can boil it for 2 mins. Any other protein – cook it thoroughly.
- Assembly
- Line your nori sheet shiny side down and make a slit halfway in the middle
- You should now have 4 quadrants
- Add your toppings to each quadrant
- Top with kewpie mayo, sriracha, and furikake
- Fold the bottom left quadrant on top of the top left quadrant. You should see an inverted ‘L’
- Fold this quadrant on top of the top right quadrant. You should have a ‘I’ left
- Fold from top to bottom and you should be left with a folded wrap
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can add any veggies you choose and make this only vegetarian. Just ensure they are sliced thinly so they fold into a wrap well.
