minutesThis creamy Garlic Yogurt Herb Dip is the ultimate versatile condiment. Whether you are looking for the perfect pairing for grilled meats and veggies, a tangy spread for sandwiches, or just a quick dip for potato chips and crudités, this recipe delivers. Packed with fresh herbs and a punch of garlic, it comes together in less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred for maximum creaminess)
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp herb cream cheese (or 1 tbsp mayonnaise)
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tsp smoked or sweet paprika
To taste: Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine the Base
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, heavy cream, and your choice of herb cream cheese or mayonnaise until smooth and lump-free.
- Add Aromatics & Herbs
- Fold in the minced garlic, finely chopped chives, and fresh dill. Stir until the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the cream base.
- Season & Spice
- Sprinkle in the paprika, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Taste and Chill
- Taste the dip and adjust the salt, pepper, or garlic to your liking. While you can enjoy it immediately, letting it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes allows the garlic and herb flavors to fully marry.
